Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Up to 15–16 business days during high-demand periods, holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking details after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are required to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees required to send the item out again.

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur that are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • High shipping volume
  • International transit disruptions
  • Other unforeseen logistical events

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage

Failure to report damaged items within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund requests.

International Shipping

We may ship ONLY to select countries such as United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Additional governmental charges

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Order Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any shipment for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect billing or shipping information
