Customers have 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request a return or refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

After the 3-day return window has passed, orders will no longer be eligible for refunds or returns.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality
  • Orders requested outside the 3-day return period
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund depending on the situation

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that return packages shipped directly to our operational address without prior confirmation from our support line cannot be accepted or processed.
